Using South American and Indonesian beans, we roast them dark to bring out the rich, bittersweet flavor that is unique to French roasted coffee.
- Natural Fair Trade Gunpowder Espresso
This traditionally roasted Italian style espresso features an all natural 5 bean blend. Together, this combination of Indonesian, Central and South American beans creates a full-bodied coffee with low acidity, a sweet, smoky finish and a nutty aroma.

Like it’s rail bound predecessor, this blend is both bold and luxurious and is sure to keep you going. It is earthy and full-bodied with notes of sweet spice and nuts.
Sustainable Origins
- Natural Fair Trade Colombian Mesa de los Santos
This coffee is produced in the most desirable region of Colombia. The excelso bean is roasted medium to highlight its full-bodied flavor and its rich taste.
- Natural Fair Trade Costa Rican La Amistad
Cultivated in rich soil at very high altitudes, these beans are roasted to enhance their rich flavor and full-body.
- Natural Fair Trade Ethiopian Sidamo
Grown in the Sidamo Province of Ethiopia, these beans resemble other Ethiopian coffees in their naturally sweet, somewhat spicy flavor. They are roasted a bit darker than medium to bring out their wine-like, slightly chocolaty, rich taste.
- Natural Fair Trade Ethiopian Yirgacheffe
This fine coffee is the premium washed coffee out of Ethiopia. When roasted medium-dark, the acidity and rich-bodied flavor comes through.

These all natural beans from the country’s southern mountains offer a medium bodied coffee with a bright and slightly chocolaty flavor.
- Natural Fair Trade Nicaraguan Selva Negra
Often described as a cross between Jamaican Blue Mountain and Guatemalan this Central American coffee is light in aroma, but full bodied and richer in flavor than other regional offerings. It offers a clean balanced cup with a somewhat nutty flavor.

These beans are grown on small farms in Northern Peru by the Norte Organization, consisting of 289 farmers. We roast them to a medium temperature to bring out their medium body and smooth, sweet flavor.

These beans are grown in the mountainous terrain of New Guinea. We roast them to a medium temperature to bring out their floral acidity and delicate sweetness.
- Natural Fair Trade Sumatra Gayoland
Cultivated on the Western tip of the island, this bean, roasted light-medium, produces a light, full-bodied coffee with a wine like, syrupy taste.
- Natural Fair Trade Tanzanian Peaberry
These single round all natural beans offer a medium-bodied coffee with a rich flavor and distinct aroma.
- Natural Fair Trade Brazil Poco Fundo
This bean comes from the Poco Fundo Cooperative, where the attempt is to create a traditional dry- processed coffee. Due to rainfall, pests, etc, this isn’t always easy and a good batch is hard to come by, making it a rare treat. We roast it slightly dark to bring out the notes of fruit and chocolate. It is a rustic and wild cup with a smooth body and semi-sweet finish.

A tribute to our wonderful city, this decaf blend begins with a mix of various decaf beans, which are then blended with a decaf French roast and a very light-roasted decaf Sumatra, making for a very flavorful and surprisingly consistent blend.

Developed for the BALTIMORE CITY FARMERS MARKET, this blend contains a rich and slightly dark-roasted Guatemalan bean along with a medium-bodied, slightly sweet, wine-flavored Ethiopian bean. This combination results in a complex and medium-bodied coffee.

- Ethiopian Harrar
Believed to be the first roasted coffee in the world, this wine smelling bean is roasted to a medium color to attain a medium-bodied, fruity taste like none other.
- Guatemalan Antigua
This bean is grown on a volcano which produces its earthy flavor. When roasted to a medium-dark color the bean produces a smoky, rich and full-bodied flavor.
- Indian Monsooned Malabar
Exposed to monsoon winds in open warehouses, these beans are stripped of much of their acidity. We roast them medium-dark to create a heavy, almond like flavor.
