This bean comes from the Poco Fundo Cooperative, where the attempt is to create a traditional dry- processed coffee. Due to rainfall, pests, etc, this isn’t always easy and a good batch is hard to come by, making it a rare treat. We roast it slightly dark to bring out the notes of fruit and chocolate. It is a rustic and wild cup with a smooth body and semi-sweet finish.

This dark roasted blend of South American beans creates a smokey, smooth and chocolatey taste. Good from start to finish. So, my friends, we offer you this fine cup of coffee to fill your gullet with warmth and holiday cheer. This year's Holiday Roast is sure to bring good tidings of comfort and joy to your table.
